The Twins last summer....

On the edge....

We're right on the edge of the pink spot. What's the "pink spot", you ask? It's that big area on the weather map that is forecast to get beau coup freezing rain and up to 12" of new snow this weekend. 100% chance of precipitation on Sunday. 48 hour weather warning starting at 6 this evening. Oh yeah! I don't know about the rest of you but I'm ready for some spring weather. 70 degrees and sunshine, day after day. Yup, that's all I want. I'm thinking about the Good Friday Ride and the Big Guy keeps sayin' "it ain't happenin' yet!".

Hope everyone has their snow shovels ready and that the blowers are all gassed up. Be careful out there.

No heart attacks.....

Ride safe.

Peace out, yo!

Looks like we're sittin' ducks, Blue! I hope the snow part holds off. Ice melts faster than snow!

ted.... i just spent a half hour scraping about a half inch of ice off of the blazer so that i could go up to hy vee and get a gallon of milk. yukkkk..... i see that the snow forecast has been cut back to about 6" here but the cities are forecasting 13 to 20 up there. gotta love it!

eric an nikki and all 3 of their boys are spending the night because the power is out up in readlyn. i guess it got cold and dark in their house! apparently the ice brought down some utility poles up that way. hope their pipes don't freeze.

ride safe.

peace out, yo!
