Weather....
The weather map this morning shows crap all over northeast Iowa. Everywhere other than Black Hawk County. Could it miss us? Wouldn't that be nice? Warnings for blizzards, freezing rain, floods, snow, and high winds. I think it's the second coming....... We'll see what happens.

Blue, if you are in the midwest there is no place to hide. If it don't getya today it will get you next time. Hope you get a chance to ride this weekend. I am starting to get fat all over again.

if all else fails rent a movie and put the bike on the trainer?

oh yeah! i have the bike on the trainer..... i went for a walk this afternoon, which was pretty decent except for the ice on the sidewalks that didn't get shoveled. ah well. it's all good!

i have these things on my shoes...i will put up a pic on the blog...good investment in my mind. i use them all the time when i run in the winter.
by the way , have you ever read Vernor Steffen Vinge's "the cookie monster"?
