I took a lot of pictures last year and this is my favorite from racing.... Jackal running the barriers in Newton. Oh yeah! Clickie on the pic and check out the facial expression. Pretty intense.... If I remember correctly, that was the Master's race, his second race of the day.

Yeah, that has to be one of the best ones I've seen all year of racing action. Well done!
cool shot, not even touching the ground. Not much bike riding here in New Hampshire- snow up the wazoo- but not complaining! Stay safe.

Representin' no less. Nice photo for sure!! Do they make running friendly cyclo-cross shoes?? Looks like that may hurt, especially floating like that.
I used my regular mountain bike shoes, carbon soled Specialized, with no problems. A non-carbon sole would probably be a better idea so that you have a little flex while off the bike.
ask the thin man about running in carbon soled mtb shoes.... he ran the 5k at ed's duathlon up at camp in them.... did pretty good, too...
