hey, question(s): what tires do you run? i am running 30 cx pros right now and wondering if maybe it's too narrow. will a 32 or 34 help on grass or just slow you down (not that i could be much slower!)? i probably could have used a wider tire at the first even with all of the sand but this week should be mainly grass.

i'm running geax blades in 700 x 33width, which is very similar in width to a 700 x 30 michelin mud. they work great in truly muddy conditions but a wider tire might be good on firm grassy ground. the michelin jets are good for that.
I was going to ask why you were'nt on the course. The first comment explains it. You have your priorities straight.
