They need some minor cleat adjustments....
The thermometer says 75 F....
Downtown Hudson........though only half as strong as yesterday. Dead out of the south at 15 - 17.
Rode to Hudson then a couple of miles west on the Zaneta blacktop where I made a small adjustment to my saddle and headed back to Waterloo. 75 F today. Super! 26 miles and home before dark.

Maybe it's just the angle of the photo ... but you have some big-ass ankles.
I dig the white shoes. I don't think I could pull that off, though.

ed.... it took me awhile to realize how bad crd's really are. lots of crashes and a bit of blood before i realized that little piece of crap was causing my problems. goddd! with it being gone, so are my crashes. (mostly)
