The group ride last night was a good one. Kerkove showed up on his mountain bike and played hell with the field. I got dropped. Again. Kevin and Chad came up behind me and pulled me up to the trailing group, then they were gone. Thanks guys! :)

Le Tour. Well..... Vino was selfish. He screwed his team. What if his "B" sample is clean? Stupid. Just F'ing stupid.
