21 miles on The Green Bike last night at an average speed of 12.5 mph. I'm getting better at the spin and the average speed is coming up a bit. My goal is 13 to 13.5 mph. I think that's reasonable. For now. The singlespeed is a different beast to ride and I like it!!! Can one ever tame that beast?
Has anyone seen Eduardo?
