I'm excited!

The weather forecaster is calling for freezing rain mixed with snow this afternoon and evening with 4-6 inches of snow tomorrow. After what seemed to be a short spring/summer/fall, I'm not sure I'm ready for winter. Whatcha ya gonna do?

I 'spose I can get the xc skis out. Maybe.

Or put the studs on the Surly.

I could sit in the easy chair and sip whiskey. That would be good.

We'll see.

Ride safe.

Peace out, yo.

How about a short spin on the Surly, a saunter through the woods on the XC skis, and THEN sip some whiskey?

Sounds like a plan to me! ;-)

I say start with the whisky then put studs on the criss cross gear and then kickwax the surly.

I love this stuff! Nothing like a good winter challenge on the 2 wheeler. Every predictable crappy weather day my co-workers say "I'd like to see you ride in THAT" --just the bait a fella needs. Better skip the whiskey though, I may not come back!

I'd sip and think for awhile and then when the feeling of being outside passes, my day is complete! LOL

Or you can sip whiskey and ponder how you are going to respond to not being DFL...

Looks like you have been busted there fella. FA is on to your better than last finishes!
Personally, I would stick with the skis and the booze. Riding in snow is dangerous.

If you want, I can post your EXACT email sent to me with YOUR comments... :) I'm not doctoring anything up buddy and you know it! Just admit it! As a matter of fact, if you are so confident that I'm "updating" the results...want to bet 2 6-packs of Guinness on it? Now what are you going to do??? :)

oldman...thanks for the support!

Nokian Extreme 294's is all I can say. Though I do use the Hammer Gel flasks for carrying some Dewars White label. Keeps my teeth from Freezing.
I built a 1x1 for a friend and that bike just rocks!
