Confluence of 2 creeks....
The water in this creek is over 4' deep....
3 3/4 inches of rain yesterday. Everything is wet, including my basement. The creek that runs through the back yard is normally just a trickle of water in a 4' deep ditch but it was flowing madly out of it's banks and through the yard yesterday. Sweet! The up side is that things are starting to turn green around here. Yay!
Ahhhhhh...... Springtime in Iowa! :)

Glad you were able to get out yesterday. I found 1-1/2 hours worth of non-rain time on Sunday too.
But it is pouring here again. Parallel lives!
The creeks look amazing.....I kind of miss that sort of thing!

don't y'all have low water crossings and get flash flooding down there? same thing, only different.
It's a little early for this kind of BS isn't it? Ditto the watery basement here:( At least the gravel drains well, riding Tuesday for certain! Later!
